BQE BillQuick is good for both small and large firms as it offers scalable solutions to choose from. This project management software solution is great for firms who need accounting integrations, offering compatibility with Intuit, Microsoft, Sage, and MYOB.

The Awesome Application Program is for accounting software companies who are older than four years old and are shipping in the United States.

2. Gainsight’s Most Innovative Company in Customer Success

Joining other winners (Box, BrightEdge, OpenDNS, and Workday), Clarizen stood out as a project management software solution with outstanding customer experience. Clarizen is great for collaboration, offering a cloud-based system where teams can work together with live updates, Agile work methodology, and excellent reporting systems. Clarizen is intuitive and easy to learn, and offers substantial professional services, including daily webinars, customer success professionals, and outlets to ask questions directly to Clarizen for any support needs.

Gainsight’s Most Innovative Company in Customer Success awards are reserved for companies that have “differentiated their brands in the marketplace through an innovative approach to Customer Success.”

3. SIIA Software CODiE Award For Best Project Management Solution

This year, LiquidPlanner took home a coveted CODiE award for “Best Project Management Solution.” The software solution is best for IT and enterprise companies, offering a unique “predictive scheduling engine” which updates project portfolios in real time. Its power is in its reporting and analytics: the software automatically predicts what needs to be done for each phase of a project.

Price: Starts at $29 per user per month

The CODiE awards are a highly competitive software industry staple where investors, bloggers, industry executives, and industry analysts come together to honor industry leaders.

4. FinancesOnline Best Project Management Software

Winner: Wrike

Wrike stands out for not only the FinancesOnline Best Project Management Software award, but also for winning the FinancesOnline Supreme Software award. According to Wrike’s press release, they were honored for their product’s simplicity, outstanding features, and “top-level customer support.” Wrike is, indeed, an outstanding product, with integrations with Box and Zendesk, an intuitive dashboard, and very competitive pricing.

Price: Free for up to five users. After that, scales up from $49 a month.

FinancesOnline’s Best Project Management Software award is determined by functionality, user experience, and customer support.

There were lots of other award winners this year. For example, Genius Project won the Top-Innovator Excellence Award in Germany, Smartsheet won Seattle Business Magazine 100 Best Companies to Work For, and UDA ConstructionSuite won Construction Executive Magazine’s Top Product Award. There were also several Garner “Cool” winners, including Mavenlink, Cascade, Redbooth, Smartsheet, and Teamwork.com.
