As an event specialist and content marketer, my favorite part of the event process is spreading the word about an event. I love designing graphics, building social media campaigns, and planning email outreach needed to attract guests. It’s a trial and error process to find out exactly what will entice potential attendees to sign up for your events.

There are plenty of event management software options out there built to help market your event, as well as manage your personnel, assets, and vendors.

Event marketing tools

Below, I’ve listed six useful event management software options, both full event management systems, and online promotional tools, that include extensive event marketing features such as email campaign building, website design, and social media promotion.

For the full event management systems I focused specifically on options that prioritize social features as well as lead retrieval abilities and integrations. As for the social media management tools, I chose tools based on their scheduling features, multiple account management, and their popularity.

These software options are listed in alphabetical order.
