Good evening,

My name is Bryan, and I work for a private company that provides activities for care homes. . I am currently writing a training programme for new recruits, and wish to have an e learning platform that we can all use to share our experiences, follow procedure and educate ourselves . Would you be so kind to reccommend a facility please?

I would like to present my findings to the business owner, and wish to get more recognition for what I do. Because we generally work alone, I believe that some kind of self performance management, and online communication other than email, could be just what this business needs? I would be grateful for your help? We only have eight employees so we are small and have a budget. I did consider setting up a facebook group, which is of course free. However something more professional would be ideal.
