Zendesk has a lot of integrations. Over 500 apps, according to the website.
But what are the rum and Cokes of Zendesk integrations? The Captain and Tennilles? The Sonny and Chers?
Well, here are five popular, highly rated Zendesk integrations to get you started.
5 Free popular Zendesk integrations
1. JIRA
Just like Captain is nothing without Tennille, engineering is nothing without support.
Come togeeeether, right noooow, over JIRA. (Okay, that was a Beatles reference. Sue me. (Please don’t)).
You can link up to 100 support requests to each related issue in JIRA. And you can track how many tickets are linked to each JIRA issue and use that data to triage.

2. Shopify
What customers love: Fast resolution times. What customers hate: Giving a customer service rep information the company already has. Give customers more of what they love and less of what they hate with the Zendesk/Shopify integration.
The integration pulls relevant customer information, like billing data, shipping preferences, and order history, from Shopify into Zendesk Support tickets. It adds order summary information to tickets related to an individual order. Clicking the Order ID gives the agent more data on the order. And the integration goes both ways. Customers can easily get in touch with customer support from any page of your Shopify-powered site via the Zendesk Feedback Tab.

3. Pathfinder
(Only available to Zendesk Support Enterprise plan customers and Zendesk Support Productivity Pack Add-on customers)
Similar to the Shopify integration, Pathfinder saves customers from having to give as much information to agents. But it does it by showing agents which Help Center articles the customer looked at before contacting support. So you get an idea of what their problem is without them having to describe it for you, saving you both time. In addition, you know what they know about the problem, so you don’t waste time telling them things they’ve already read.

4. Time Tracking
You know why time tracking is important. You can’t manage what you can’t measure, blah, blah, blah. The issue isn’t motivation, it’s tedium. Time tracking is simply the worst task. That’s why it’s one of the first things you should automate.
Luckily, the Time Tracking app makes it easy and free to automatically track how much time you’re spending on each Zendesk Support ticket. Even better, it will track how much time the average customer takes up. Or measure how much time each issue type consumes. Want to know what your agents know best? Look where they’re spending the bulk of their time. Time Tracking also helps you create custom detailed reports with this data.

5. Show Related Tickets
Save time for your agents and customers by automatically showing tickets related to the open ticket in question. If the answer isn’t obvious, the agent can go back through similar issues that have been resolved to see how other agents fixed the problem. It also filters out similar, but open, tickets that don’t have solutions.
Besides helping agents in the moment, it helps managers cluster issues into types and measure their volumes.

Conclusion
The best part of the Zendesk integrations marketplace isn’t its size. It’s the ratings and reviews information. Scroll through to find apps that have a lot of reviews and a high rating. That’s the best way to save time in the search for the Sonny to your Cher.

Hi
Using Zapier is possible to integrate Zendex with Bitrix24 that is a free CRM when used by 12 persons. As the free version of Bitrix24 does not have Helpdesk (the paid version has) it is very good to use the combination – Zendesk – Zapier – Bitrix24, and this can be done with all free versions.
